Rent the Space

The Local is available to rent for a variety of events

  • Rental prices may vary. There is a 3 hour minimum.
    Please write to us to discuss your project and budget

  • Capacity is 99

  • Kitchen is available for prep for serving licensed, catered events. Cooking is not permitted on site

  • We can provide tables and chairs

  • Wine, beer and other drinks are handled by the venue

  • We have full backline and PA. Specs are available upon request

  • We have a Mason Hamlin baby grand piano

  • Venue is ADA accessible

A full list of rules will be sent with a contract
